These Rules govern the Promotion Tournaments taking place between 1 September 2007 and 31 December 2007. You are advised that further tournaments will also take place from 01 January 2008, and which will enable you to win Cruise Packages.
To be eligible to take part in the Promotion you must:
2.1 be eighteen (18) years of age or older
2.2 have successfolly completed registration on the Gaming Service and opened a Real Money Player Account; and must
2.3 not be resident in a Restricted Territory
(any player who meets this criteria shall be deemed a “Qualifying
Player”)
In order to open a “Real Money Player Account” players must register for a player account on the Gaming Service and deposit a minimum of twenty-five United States Dollars (US $25).
Strictly no third party entries.
The Tournaments are all a game of No-Limit Texas Hold’em.
7.1 Entry is strictly limited to five thousand (5,000)Qualifying Players allocated on a first come, first served basis and seats are strictly non transferable.
7.2 The buy-in for the tournament will be six hundred and forty United States Dollars (US $640.00).
7.3 For every twenty (20) Qualifying Players taking part in the PPM Weekly Satellite a Cruise Package will be awarded. Notwithstanding the foregoing a minimum of two (2) Cruise Packages will be awarded at the end of each PPM Weekly Satellite.
7.4 The Cruise Packages will be awarded to the top ranking Qualifying Players. By way of example only, if there are ten (10) Cruise Packages available, then these will be awarded to the Qualifying Players ranked one (1) to ten (10) in the PPM Weekly Satellite.
The “PPM $1 Qualifier Speed Rebuy” shall take place daily at 05:25ET, 10:25ET, 14;25ET and 18:25ET and between 1 September 2007 and 31 December 2007.
8.1 Entry is strictly limited to five thousand (5,000)Qualifying Players allocated on a first come, first served basis and seats are strictly non-transferable.
8.2 The buy-in for the tournament will be one United States Dollar (US $1.00).
8.3 For every seventy United States Dollars (US $70.00) in the prize pool, one (1) seat in the next available PPM Satellite Qualifier (each a “PPM Satellite Qualifier Seat”) will be awarded. Notwithstanding the foregoing a minimum of four (4) PPM Satellite Seats will be awarded at the end of each PPM $1 Qualifier Speed Rebuy.
The “PPM $8 Qualifier Speed” shall take place daily at 09:25ET, 13:25ET and 20:25ET between 1 September 2007 and 31 December 2007.
9.1 Entry is strictly limited to five thousand (5,000) Qualifying Players allocated on a first come, first served basis and seats are strictly non-transferable.
9.2 The buy-in for the tournament will be eight United States Dollar (US $8.00).
9.3 For every ten (10) Qualifying Players taking part in the PPM $8 Qualifier Speed a PPM Satellite Qualifier Seat will be awarded. Notwithstanding the foregoing a minimum of four (4) PPM Satellite Qualifier Seats will be awarded at the end of each PPM $8 Qualifier.
The “PPM $3 Qualifier Rebuy” shall take place daily at 07:25ET, 11:25ET, 16:25ET and 22:25ET between 1 September 2007 and 31 December 2007.
10.1 Entry is strictly limited to five thousand (5,000) Qualifying Players allocated on a first come, first served basis and seats are strictly non-transferable.
10.2 The buy-in for the tournament will be three United States Dollar (US $3.00).
10.3 For every seventy United States Dollars (US $70.00) in the prize pool, one (1) PPM Satellite Qualifier Seat will be awarded. Notwithstanding the foregoing a minimum of five (5) PPM Satellite Qualifier Seats will be awarded at the end of each PPM $3 Qualifier Rebuy.
The “PPM Satellite Qualifier” shall take place: (i) every Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at 15:25ET; and (ii) every Friday at 18:25ET between 1 September 2007 and 31 December 2007.
11.1 Entry is strictly limited to five thousand (5,000) Qualifying Players allocated on a first come, first served basis and seats are strictly non-transferable.
11.2 The buy-in for the tournament will be seventy United States Dollar (US $70.00).
11.3 For every ten (10) Qualifying Players taking part in the PPM Satellite Qualifier a seat in the next available PPM Monthly Satellite will be awarded (each a “PPM Monthly Satellite Seat”). Notwithstanding the foregoing a minimum of eight (8) PPM Monthly Satellite Seats will be awarded at the end of each PPM Satellite Qualifier.
12.1 Entry is allocated on a first come, first served basis and seats are strictly non-transferable. Qualifying Players will be unable to register from the tournament once the tournament has commenced.
12.2 The buy-in for the tournament will be seventy United States Dollar (US $10.00).
12.3 The Qualifying Player ranked first (1st) in the tournament will be awarded a PPM Satellite Qualifier Seat.
The “PPM STT Sub-Qualifier Speed” shall take place on a Sit-and-Go Basis between 1 September 2007 and 31 December 2007.
13.1 Entry is allocated on a first come, first served basis and seats are strictly non-transferable. Qualifying Players will be unable to register from the tournament once the tournament has commenced.
13.2 The buy-in for the tournament will be three United States Dollar (US $3.00).
13.3 The Qualifying Player ranked first (1st) and second (2nd) in the tournament will be awarded entry into a PPM STT Qualifier Speed.
13.4 The Qualifying Players ranked third (3rd) and fourth (4th) in the tournament will be awarded entry into another PPM STT Sub-Qualifier Speed
14.1 Entry is strictly limited to ten (10) Qualifying Players allocated on a first come, first served basis and seats are strictly non-transferable. Qualifying Players will be unable to register from the tournament once the tournament has commenced.
14.2 The buy-in for the tournament will be fourteen United States Dollar (US $14.00).
14.3 For every ten (10) Qualifying Players taking part in the PPM STT Gateway Sub Qualifier a seat in the next available PPM Gateway Qualifier will be awarded.
15.1 Entry is strictly limited to five thousand (5,000) Qualifying Players allocated on a first come, first served basis and seats are strictly non-transferable.
15.2 The buy-in for the tournament will be one hundred and thirty-five United States Dollar (US $135.00).
15.3 For every ten (10) Qualifying Players taking part in the PPM STT Gateway Qualifier a seat in the next available PPM Monthly Finale Qualifier will be awarded
16.1 Entry is strictly limited to five thousand (5,000) Qualifying Players allocated on a first come, first served basis and seats are strictly non-transferable.
16.2 The buy-in for the tournament will be one thousand two hundred and fifty United States Dollar (US $1,250.00).
A “Cruise Package” shall include accommodation for the duration of the cruise (the “Cruise”) and the buy-in for the PartyPoker Million VI Tournament (the “Main Event”) worth eight thousand, two hundred United States Dollars (US $8,200), Spending Money and Accommodation Expenses
“Spending Money” means the sum of one thousand, one hundred United States Dollars (US $1,100) which will be paid into Qualifying Player’s Real Money Player Account on or before 31 March 2008.
The Cruise will take place between 3 May 2008 and 10 May 2008, and will sail from Venice, Italy (the “Embarkation Point”) calling at Bari, Italy; Olympia/Katakolon; Greece, Izmir, Turkey; and Dubrovnik, Croatia. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have any necessary passports, documentation and visas as are necessary to enable you to join the Cruise.
Winners of the Cruise Package may be required to wear branded clothing for the duration of the Main Event.
In the event that a winner of a Cruise Package does not reply to us within forty-eight (48) hours of us having contacted them regarding their Cruise Package, we reserve the right to offer the Cruise Package to the next applicable runner up.
Winners must accept the Cruise Package as-is. We reserve the right to replace each Cruise Package with one of similar or greater value. Winners may not sell or transfer their Cruise Package to any third party and no cash alternative is available.
Winners are responsible for the payment of any applicable tax on any prize or Cruise Package won.
If a non-Qualifying Player takes part in the Promotion we reserve, without prejudice to any other rights under the Roles, to seek the return of any prize or Cruise Package from that player’s Real Money Player Account.
By participating in the Promotion and its Tournaments you agree to sign if asked, a release form allowing PartyGaming plc or it Group to use your name, photograph and relevant personal information for all advertising and publicity purposes throughout the world in all media now known or hereinafter invented, without further compensation.
Officers, directors, employees, consultants or agents of PartyGaming plc or its group or one of its subsidiary, parent or associated companies (its “Group”), or supplies or vendors (including their advertising, printing and publicity agencies) are not permitted to open a Real Money Player Account (each an “Unauthorised Person”). Relatives of Unauthorised Persons are also not permitted to open a Real Money Player Account. For the purposes of the Roles the term “Relative” shall include, but not be limited to, a spouse, partner, child or sibling or an Unauthorised Person. For the avoidance of doubt Unauthorised Persons and Relative cannot be Qualifying Players.
PartyGaming plc and its Group may use the information that you provide during the Real Money Player Account registration process to provide you with information about our other products and services. You must inform us if you do not wish to receive such information by emailing privacy@partypoker.com.
Any dispute or situation not covered by these Terms and Conditions and the Roles will be resolved by our management in a manner it deems to be the fairest to all concerned, and that decision shall be final and/or binding on all entrants.
The “Gaming Service” means any gaming website forming part of the gaming services offered by PartyBingo.com and including PartyPoker.com, PartyBets.com, PartyCasino.com and PartyGammon.com or such other website as we may offer from time-to-time.
